You come downstairs and the dishes from last night are calling your name and you notice every speck of dust. 🍽

Your kids are just a little bit grumpier and their demands are a little bit higher. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

And THEN you knock over a glass of water. 🌊

That’s it. You’re done. It’s not even 9am yet. ❌

Well, I had this today! I was SO grumpy! 😑

What caused this? I couldn’t put my finger on it. πŸ€”

SO I decided to look at things in reverse! βͺ

“What does a good day look like for us?” I asked myself. πŸ€”

That simple intentional thinking has made me re-think whats important for our days and made me see how we need to prioritise our time and I already feel a weight lifted off my shoulders πŸ™Œ
